When you are not in power,  you fight relentlessly for the sustainability of natural resources. But once you get the power, you are susceptible to that little bait.

Sewaktu tiada kuasa, lantang memperjuangkan kelestarian khazanah alam. Selepas menggenggam kuasa, mudah ditunduk dan dikaburkan dengan sedikit umpan.

Humans are easily swayed by their own stand. So angry at offenders but once they are in, whatever they have been fighting for is … forgotten.

Manusia mudah goyah dengan pendirian sendiri. Begitu marah kepada yang menyeleweng tetapi selepas sama-sama terlibat, apa yang diperjuangkan…dilupakan.

With power, man easily forgets what he is entrusted with. They become blind with what they get.

Dengan kuasa, manusia mudah lupa untuk apa ia diamanahkan. Seringkali gelap mata dengan habuan yang ditawarkan.
